☺Pirmiausia – labai malonus pasitikimas ir išsamus Michaelos paaiškinimas, kur, kas ir kaip. Nuo pat pirmų minučių viskas buvo aišku ir paprasta. Atskirai siunčiame linkėjimus Michaelai! :)
Vieta požeminiame parkinge. Visada turi savo laisvą vietą, o automobilis neįkaista nuo saulės ir karščio. Kitas dalykas, kuris labai patiko – apartamentuose esanti buitinė technika. Atrodo, kad čia prietaisų daugiau nei turiu namuose 🙂 Taip pat labai nustebino daugybė smulkmenų, kurių apartamentuose net nesitiki rasti. Ypač patiko, kad radome sulankstomas mini kėdutes paplūdimiui, skėčius nuo saulės, žaislus vaikams ir net mažą krepšį su ratukais, su kuriuo viską patogu nusigabenti iki paplūdimio.
Vieta taip pat puiki. Šalia apartamentų yra bažnyčia, kurios varpai leidžia net gulint paplūdimyje orientuotis laike nežiūrint į laikrodį 🙂 Tame pačiame pastate yra parduotuvė ir, mūsų nuomone, geriausia ledainė mieste. Per kelią – kepyklėlė, netoliese vaistinė, vos už maždaug 3 minučių pėsčiomis – naktinė parduotuvė, taip pat šalia yra kioskelis su churros. Šalia namo esančioje miesto aikštėje kiekvieną savaitgalį vykdavo įvairūs renginiai arba diskotekos. Tai dar labiau pagyvina aplinką ir leidžia pajusti tikrą miesto gyvenimą bei ispanišką atmosferą.
Atskiri 10 balų balkonui ir vaizdui iš jo! Tai ne tik nuostabus vaizdas į paplūdimį tarp palmių, bet ir galimybė stebėti visą aplink vykstantį gyvenimą. Rytais – sportuojantys žmonės, dieną – maudynės ir saulės vonios, o vakare – restoranai, šurmulys ir žmonės gatvėse. Dar vienas didelis balkono privalumas – langai ir balkonas orientuoti į rytų pusę. Karštomis dienomis antroje dienos pusėje čia jau būna pavėsis, todėl balkone labai malonu leisti laiką net ir per didžiausius karščius, o vakare ramiai vakarieniauti ir mėgautis aplinka bei vaizdu. 
Miegamieji gerai izoliuoti nuo gatvės triukšmo.
Išsivežėme tik pačius geriausius prisiminimus. Didžiausios rekomendacijos!

☹Tai gal net ne minusas, o labiau pastaba ateičiai renovuojant statinį. Po apartamentais esantis restoranas skleidžia nemažai šilumos, todėl vienoje apartamentų vietoje grindys būna šiek tiek šiltesnės. Manau, būtų naudinga geriau izoliuoti iš restorano sklindančią šilumą. Taip pat restoranui būtų gerai patobulinti ventiliacijos sistemą ar jos išvedimo vietą, nes kartais restorano skleidžiama šiluma ir maisto kvapai patenka į balkoną.
Dar viena smagi gyvenimo prie pat jūros detalė – smėlis 🙂 Gyvenant taip arti paplūdimio, tikriausiai teks šiek tiek dažniau išsiurbti ar iššluoti grindis, nes vėjas kartais atneša smėliuko ir į apartamentus. Bet mums tai buvo labiau pliusas nei minusas – toks malonus priminimas, kad gyveni praktiškai ant jūros kranto 🙂

Perfect Beachfront Apartment

☺We had a fantastic stay at Lighthouse Dunamar in La Mata and would definitely come back!
The apartment is modern, spotless, spacious, and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. One feature we really appreciated was the three air conditioning units, which kept the apartment cool even on the hottest days.
The location couldn't be better – it's right on the seafront, just a few steps from the beach, with plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Having a private parking space in the underground garage was another huge advantage, especially during the busy summer season.
A special thank you to our host, Mischa, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. The communication was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
If you're staying in the area, don't miss La Mer du Bien restaurant. The seafood there is absolutely delicious and was one of the highlights of our trip.
We truly felt at home during our stay and highly recommend Lighthouse Dunamar to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in La Mata. 
We hope to be back soon!

☺Lejligheden ligger perfekt med stranden lige bagved bygningen. Under den er der fyldt med restauranter og der er noget for enhver smag.

☺Широкий піщаний пляж з невеликою кількістю людей, вид з балкону на море, простора квартира, є все необхідне і навіть більше. ( Нитки, ваги, прасувальна дошка, сейф, багато посуду, миючі засоби, рушники для пляжу, парасолі для пляжу, стільці для пляжу.) Посудомийні машина, пральна машина. 
Ввічливий персонал, який завжди на зв'язку. Гарна інфраструктура. Все поруч. Кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті. Перший поверх. Ми їздили в сусідню Торрев'єху з її багатолюдними пляжами і були задоволені,що вибрали саме апартаменти в Ла Мата, тому що тут більш затишно і просторо. До аеропорту в Аликанте півгодини на таксі. Особлива подяка господарю за безкоштовне проживання 2 членів нашої родини ,які приїхали на 3 доби до нас.

☺Apartment is very nice, big, clean, close to the sea. It has a sea view and all the necessary things, including the kitchen, u can cook any time, There are several shops, a pharmacy, a cafe with a variety of baked goods, and a restaurant nearby. The girl is very friendly and sweet and will help you in any situation. We hope back again.

we enjoyed a wonderful week here,very relaxing,miss the sound and proximity of the sea already.

☺We had a late flight and our host Micha was so lovely and helpful and met us  with key even with the late hour ,and also walked us to bus stop on our departure going above and beyond.view from apartment second to none,sunrise and sunset so beautiful.lovely spacious well equipped apartment.Clean and comfortable with everything you need nearby.beach chairs and umbrella supplied which was fantastic.

☺We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The beautiful sea view with palm trees and long walks along the coast were a great experience.

The location was perfect – everything was within easy reach (shop, pharmacy, bakery). The apartment was clean, well maintained, and had a comfortable mattress, so we slept very well.

☺C'était une location d'appartement. belle vue sur la mer mais au premier étage juste au dessus d'un restaurant...

☹Le bruit du au restaurant juste en dessous et certain jour avec un "concert", très bruyant.
Heureusement, j'avais mes boules quies.
