Prices for Our La Mata Apartments
Lighthouse Dunamar costs from 75 EUR and Lighthouse Parquemar from 69 EUR per night, depending on the season. A cleaning fee is added once per stay: 90 EUR for Dunamar, 70 EUR for Parquemar. The minimum stay is 7 nights, and longer stays get 20% off from 30 nights and 30% off from 60 nights.

Nightly prices by season
One price per night for the whole apartment, not per person. A stay that runs from one season into the next is charged at each night's own rate.

How payment works when you book direct
You pay us directly by card, bank transfer or PayPal, with no platform commission on top.

When you book
20% deposit
A 20% deposit of the total price is required at the time of booking. Cancel at least two months before arrival and the deposit is refunded.

One month before arrival
Remaining balance
The remaining payment is due one month before arrival. If you cancel after the two-month mark, the deposit is not refunded.

100% of the price is paid in advance, and the payment is non-refundable.
Cheaper than the platforms. The direct price is lower than the same apartment on Airbnb or Booking.com, and a real person answers you in English, Czech or Spanish.

Questions about prices
How much does a week in La Mata cost?
A 7-night stay at Lighthouse Dunamar costs from 615 EUR between October and April to 1,035 EUR in July and August. At Lighthouse Parquemar it costs from 553 EUR to 910 EUR. Both totals include the cleaning fee.
How much is a winter month?
30 nights between October and April come to 1,890 EUR at Dunamar and 1,726 EUR at Parquemar, with the 20% long-stay discount and the cleaning fee included. Two months, 60 nights with 30% off, come to 3,240 EUR and 2,968 EUR.
Is the cleaning fee included in the price?
It is charged once per stay, not per night: 90 EUR for Dunamar and 70 EUR for Parquemar. The totals in the calculator on this page already include it.
Is the price per person or per apartment?
Per apartment, for the whole apartment. The only per-person charge is the extra bed in Dunamar for a fifth guest, at 10 EUR per night. The extra bed in Parquemar is free.
What is not included in the total?
Electricity, charged by consumption at 0.40 EUR per kWh, which typically works out to a few euros a day in summer. On arrival you also leave a 150 EUR damage deposit, which is fully refunded at check-out.
Is it cheaper than Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Booking on this site goes straight to us with no platform commission added on top, so the direct price is lower than the same apartment on Airbnb or Booking.com.
Why is the calculator price only indicative?
It is there for planning. The booking calendar on each apartment page always shows whether your dates are free and the final price for exactly those dates.
