Access to the apartment
Our accommodation representative will be waiting for you at the airport exit after your arrival. If you use your own transport, manager will be waiting at the apartment. He will inform you about the accommodation and provide you with keys and all necessary information. You can contact our representative at any time during your stay if anything needed. Language spoken: Czech, English, Spanish

There is no capacity for extra beds at this apartment. The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected. All cots and extra beds are upon the availability
Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required upon your arrival.This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage at any of the property
Please note electricity and air conditioning fee are charged according to consumption at a cost of EUR 0.40/kW.

Guests must be quiet between 21:00 and 07:00
Parties/events are not allowed!

Cancellation Policies
Accommodation fee (total rate you’re charged per night) is refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below:
For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 31 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.
For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund is possible. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancelation must be done by Friday 1 week before check in time.
If guest cancels less than 7 days prior or decides to leave earlier after check-in is done, nights not spent cannot be refunded.
