ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT

Our accommodation representative will be waiting for you at the airport exit after your arrival. If you use your own transport, manager will be waiting at the apartment. He will inform you about the accommodation and provide you with keys and all necessary information. You can contact our representative at any time during your stay if anything is needed. Language spoken: Czech, English, Spanish.

CHILDREN AND BEDS

Children of any age are welcome!

The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected. All cots and extra beds are upon the availability.
0 – 2 years | Can use a cot upon request. There is no capacity for extra beds at this apartment.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required upon your arrival.This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage at any of the property

Please note electricity and air conditioning fees are charged EUR 0.40/kW.

Guests must be quiet between 21:00 and 07:00
Parties/events are not allowed!
Smoking is strictly prohibited!
Pets are not allowed!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit Upon Reservation

– After confirming your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total price is required within one week. – If you cancel your reservation at least two months before the planned arrival date, we will refund your deposit

Remaining Payment

– The remaining payment is due one month before the planned arrival date. – If you cancel the reservation after this date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Last-Minute Reservations

– If you make a reservation within five weeks before arrival, 100% of the price must be paid in advance. Payment at this time is non-refundable.
