Arrival is always arranged with you in advance. The same person can either collect you from the airport as a paid transfer to the apartment, or meet you at the apartment itself before check-in, show you around and hand over the keys. You can reach them at any time during your stay if you need anything, and full contact details are shared once the remaining balance has been paid.
Languages spoken: English, Czech and Spanish.
Children of any age are welcome.
A baby cot is available free of charge in both apartments, on request, and a baby high chair is available in both apartments on request too. An extra bed for an additional guest is available in Lighthouse Dunamar at EUR 10 per person per night, and in Lighthouse Parquemar free of charge.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required upon your arrival. This deposit is fully refunded at check-out, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.
Please note electricity and air conditioning fees are charged according to consumption, at EUR 0.40 per kWh, which typically works out to a few euros a day in summer.
Guests must be quiet between 21:00 and 07:00
Parties and events are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
